We offer worldwide shipping to most locations. However, certain products may have restrictions, and some items cannot be shipped internationally due to regulations.

Once your order is placed, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and your selected shipping method. The estimated dates will be visible on the shipping quotes page, and may vary depending on the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are based on weight, which is specified on each product’s detail page. In line with the policies of our shipping partners, all weights are rounded up to the nearest pound.

Our shipping and processing hours are Monday to Friday, until 4:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed outside these hours, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Shipping Methods, Timing, and Pricing
All orders are shipped through POS Malaysia. Please be aware that certain services may not be available for all shipping addresses.

The delivery times provided are averages and based on real-time estimates from POS Malaysia during the ordering process. These estimates are calculated using the shipping destination and selected service. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping carrier.

Shipping fees include handling costs and may be subject to taxes. Delivery times are based on our Shipping Hours and are contingent upon payment approval.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently ship to the contiguous United States and Alaska. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.

Due to federal and state regulations, some products may not be available for shipment to all states. Specifically:

Free Shipping
Orders with a total value of $500 or more (before taxes and other fees) are eligible for free POS Malaysia Ground Shipping. Please note that this service may not be available for all destinations; check availability at checkout.

Delivery times for free shipping are subject to our Shipping Hours and payment approval. Shipping and handling fees may apply and are subject to tax where applicable.
