We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within four weeks of returning the item. This time frame includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time required to process it once received (3 to 5 business days), and the time for your bank to finalize the refund (5 to 10 business days). However, in many cases, refunds are processed more quickly.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will promptly provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can also request a return directly through your Order History. Simply specify the item, the quantity being returned, and a brief explanation for the return.

Once you submit a return request, a customer care agent will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#), which must be included with the returned item to ensure proper processing.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method once the product is received and processed at our return center. Please ensure that all returned products are unused and shipped back in their original packaging, along with any included paperwork, parts, and accessories, in order to receive credit.
